There are numerous ways to make sure your delivery goes smoothly such as double checking the size of beds and other large items of furniture prior to placing your order. It’s far easier for us to fulfil deliveries successfully first time if we know more information about your property. Access information going into the property and inside such as narrow hallways, restricted height and spiral staircases is critical.
This depends on the furniture package you choose. Some packages can be delivered within a week. Others are UK manufactured to order and can take between 1-3 weeks. We will notify of timescales before you make payment.
We usually make deliveries during the working week and aim to arrive at your property in the morning. You will receive a call the day before your delivery and be given a 2 hour time slot. On the delivery day our drivers will keep you updated throughout their journey with an estimated arrival time.
No. We are happy to liaise on your behalf and collect keys locally. Keys can also be left in a lock box.
Many of our clients inevitably face delays with builders, unexpected leaks, delays with completion etc. It is imperative you contact us as soon as possible so we can book another delivery date.
We will always ask you to email or whatsappany floor plans you have. Videos of all the rooms are most helpful too. We will advise accordingly explaining the reasons for our suggestions.
Yes we will deliver and assemble everything. This includes staging all your furniture in the most practical and space saving manner. If you have selected our interior design service we will dress all the beds, hang artwork, mirrors etc making sure your property is ready for photography. All the packaging materials will be removed and the property will be vacuumed throughout so it’s ready for immediate occupation.

Payment terms are strictly 100% upfront and can be made either by sending a cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card. Please note that payment by credit card will incur a 2% processing fee which is charged to us by the merchant service provider.
All our packages are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year of reasonable residential use. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of delivery we will arrange to deliver another. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please notify us in writing with a description and photographs of the problem. We may request to inspect the item before acknowledging that the item can be returned as faulty, this is simply to eliminate any concerns that the product has not been deliberately and maliciously damaged by the tenant.
